Directions: Coming from I-64/77/79 towards Charleston, take exit 58A (Oakwood Road) towards I-119 South. Go 2 miles on I-119 South, then take a left onto Hodges Road. John XXIII Pastoral Center is located at the end of this road over the hill.

• Registration:
  You register on Saturday morning of the TEC weekend from 9:00 - 9:30 AM in the John XXIII Pastoral Center lobby. Please review any special medical/dietary needs you listed on the registration form at this time with registration staff.



• End of the Retreat:
  You can be picked up at 5:00 PM Monday evening. This final full day is wholly part of the retreat and you are expected to stay for the entire three days of the retreat.



• Dress:
  Casual attire is the norm; bring comfortable clothes and footwear. Recreation time is scheduled throughout the weekend. PLEASE bring a more formal dress outfit for Sunday Mass



• Linens:
  You need to bring a towel, blanket, and toiletries. Bed linens will be provided by the John XXIII Pastoral Center



• IMPORTANT NOTES:
  If you play a musical instrument, we encourage you to bring it as there will be opportunities for you to play with our own musical staff.
  
  Please do NOT bring cellular telephones, pagers, cd players, radios, jewelry, or any other expensive items. Other groups and individuals will be using the center at the same time and the security of such items cannot be absolutely insured.
  
  Since the weekend is tightly scheduled and distractions lie in concerns about what time it is or what is going on elsewhere, we ask that you leave your watches and clocks at home. We'll get you up in the mornings and will keep you on time throughout the weekend.
